We spent two nights here, Dave the manager is a great bloke. He upgraded our room for free which was great with our 14 month old girl and was very helpful with local knowledge and general info.

Perfectly located on the lake and only minutes walk to all the shops and restaurants, the lodge is very well presented...you won’t find better in Te Anu. Thanks Dave!

Very comfortable units with everything you need, the extra touches make it very special. Close to the shops, bars and restaurants with beautiful views of the lake. Local knowledge from the owner was the icing on the cake. Magnificent.

I had a three night stay at Lakefront Lodge. The location is perfect. A quick walk to the Lake and the local shops. The unit was clean and housekeeping was of a high standard. The unit has everything you need for a short stay. Laundry facilities are also a bonus.

this hotel is right across the road from the water. there were tables to sit out on the lovely grounds. Our room was in the back and very nice. We walk a short distance into the main part of town for dinners.

We stayed here 4 nights as it was most convenient for Milford Sound. The room was very nice and clean with an outside space for sitting in the sun and with a side view of the lake.well equipped if you wanted to self cater or within walking distance of the centre which had some great and diverse restaurants and bars.
Parking is adjacent to the rooms motel style which is very convenient for luggage but not quite so good when everyone sets out for their early morning trips and start up the vehicles.
Te Anau has some excellent walking trails and isn’t as frenetic as Queenstown.
Overall would definitely stay here again for comfort and location.
