Hidden spot, but worth it when you find it. I saw a lot of rave reviews and wanted to see what all the fuss was about. I'm glad I came, and glad I got 3 tacos!

Great little spot. Busy and bustling but fast efficient friendly service. Good value for money and great tacos. Watched them hand make the fresh taco shells from scratch. Great atmosphere - highly recommend.
Fish was fantastic, as was pork belly, lamb and prawn tacos. Beef was good. Really good option for cheap quick eats with good variety.
Wandering around the laneways and smelled the tacos. We shared 4 different tacos, couldn’t agree on the best one, because they were all delicious. Frozen Margarita slushies were great, mango a bit sweet, but then we find out you can ask for a mix... Next time!
Taco Medic is 100% gluten free and has a range of options from meat to veggies. Good tacos, good service and the normal price you'd expect for the quality. Definitely recommend the vegan ones!
