We hugely enjoyed an 8 night stay at Platinum Queenstown and loved every moment. The villa was well equipped, had a beautiful outlook and was located only a 10 minute stroll into town. Bit of a hill to get home but we needed it to burn off all the amazing food that we indulged in during our visit. Highly recommend and we’ll be back again.
Our second stay at Platinum Villas. The accommodation is exceptional, the view is amazing! Staff are always friendly, helpful and polite. Close walk to town. Modern and luxurious.

The staff at the property are very friendly and very helpful. The villa is clean, modern spacious and everything works. The Lake view is just spectacular. Location is good and quiet . Walkable to town.
We had an amazing stay at Platinum Queenstown Villas as a family of 5. The villa gave us lots of space to not feel on top of one another, yet it was so cozy and warm with the fireplace and heaters - perfect to come back to after a long day of skiing or adventure. The view from the Lakeview apartments of the Remarkables is nothing short of incredible.
The kitchen is really well appointed; it had everything we needed to cook out own meals. Plenty of coffee sachets, dishwashing tabs, toilet paper and laundry powder was provided, which really takes the hassle out of staying somewhere other than home.
The staff were easily contactable and efficient. We had groceries delivered to the Villa while we were still on the plane, and they were packed away for us before we arrived - it was so convenient.
We loved it so much that booked again for next year and can't wait to go back.
Extremely clean, modern and functional for our family of 6! Staff very helpful. Beds incredibly comfy and unit was beautifully warm when outside was 0°C - 7°C. Very well maintained unit. We had the Alpine room and although not a direct view of the Remarkables, one step outside the outside the back doors, an east view could be seen.
Local Bus service effectively at the driveway and only a few minute ride to CBD.
Cardrona bus also picked us up from same bus stop.
