We're pleased to see you enjoyed the boat and the atmosphere, as well as how well you were looked after by our staff, however, disappointed to see your comments that the dinner itself wasn't up to our normal high standards. The food on offer is regularly replenished and refreshed by our team, so we do apologise if that seemed to have not been the case on the night you visited. The reason we call people up to the buffet by tables is to minimise the wait time at the actual serveries and I can assure you that we don't leave couples or smaller groups until the end and it would have just been the way it happened that night. We take great pride in the fantastic food served by the team here and will ensure all your comments are passed on to the team to ensure we continue to keep our standards high, even on busier nights.
