This was a must do during my first visit to Queenstown. The Lady of the Lake did not disappoint. Such a beautiful steamer steeped in history and such a pleasure to ride in. The scenery across Lake Wakatipu is simply stunning and more so when you dock at Walter Peak Farm. It started off with a Gourmet BBQ lunch which I can honestly say is the best buffet I've ever tasted. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. This was followed by a farm tour with an array of animals. The sheep dog trial was great to watch and the young dog performed flawlessly. You were never rushed on this trip so plenty of time for video's and photo's. I can highly recommend to trip to everyone.

Gorgeous trip across the lake with stunning views. Hubby was like a little boy in the engine room! Delicious food, coffee and icecream.

Just picture perfect and watching the burning coal powering the ship. The buffet meal was lovely but the surroundings of the station is worth it
