Unique and memorable stay

5.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed 7 Apr 2024via mobile
Our stay was an amazing experience. The room was very well appointed and stylishly decorated. Free happy hour in the lounge with other guests with drinks and snacks is an excellent idea and the included continental breakfast in the dining room was spot on.
Conveniently located for a very short walk to the centre of town and attractions.

We had an awesome time staying here. We enjoyed the happy hours offered daily, the candy selection, and the hot tub outside. The location is perfect. It is within walking distance to the gondola and all the shops and restaurants downtown.

Unique, charming little boutique hotel. Personal touches all the more special as they were on such a small scale. Very close to both the town centre and the gondolas. Parking a little tricky but they went out of their way to make us comfortable 10/10 would recommend.

Great location. Staff were very nice. The 5-6pm drinks a nice touch. Tea, coffee and soft drinks available in the lounge all day. Don't pay for the breakfast if you are a late riser, as often found not much left until they came around to check on it every 5-10 minutes. It was probably one of the most sparse continental breakfasts I have ever seen. So I have lowered my value score as breakfast was a let down if you went down after 9am. So have a tea or coffer in lounge and then go to a bakery.

Kia ora Henry,

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed our great location and found our staff to be very nice. It's also wonderful to know that you appreciated the complimentary drinks during the evening and the availability of tea, coffee, and soft drinks in the lounge throughout the day.

We apologize for the disappointment you experienced with our continental breakfast. Your comments are valuable to us, and we'll certainly take them into consideration to improve our offerings for late-rising guests. We strive to provide a satisfying experience for all our guests, and we regret that we fell short on this occasion.

We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with a more enjoyable breakfast experience.

Stayed here for 3 nights for my honeymoon and would absolutely stay again. The location was ideal (walkable to everything in Queenstown), the rooms were a comfortable size, and the decor was bold and unique. The amenities were also lovely, as the hotel provided wine, coffee, seltzer water and snacks in our room (all locally made) and offered a light happy hour with wine and snacks from 5-6pm each night. The bed was also quite comfortable.

Great boutique hotel in perfect location, walking distance to the waterfront, gondola and all the shops & restaurants! The hotel was lovely, staff was nice and we enjoyed the complimentary happy hour. Breakfast was light continental in a nice room with a view of the mountains. We appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks in our room upon arrival. Sometimes it took a little looking to find someone if you need help but that was our only bit of improvement. 5/5 would recommend.

Room tip: Parking is tricky in Queenstown we almost wished we didn’t rent for all the days. The hotel does have reserved parking onsite for a fee
