Fantastic venue so close to everything in Queenstown. The staff are all wonderful. Thanks to Yukie & Emma for their excellent service and attention. We will be back! The lake view room was spectacular and each day you wake up with a different view looking at the Remarkables!
Wonderful location - easy walk to everything Queenstown has to offer.
The room was great warm clean and comfortable excellent facilities especially for the price it was great value. A vibrant atmosphere in the hotel and well worth the stay as always.
Within walking distance to the lakeside playground, shops and restaurants it has it all.
Breakfast buffet was very convenient as they open 6:00am which gave us enough time to have breakfast before heading to mountains with a great variety of food.
Yet the highlight of this hotel is the staff! They're patient, lovely and very accommodating, ready to help guests all the time.
We're so happy with our stay.

We stayed for a few nights on a family holiday. The location is central and therefore great (loads of restaurants and shops within walking distance, for example) and the rooms/ bar/ breakfast are all nice. However the main reason for writing this review is to praise the service. There was a mix up with our booking (not the hotel’s fault) and we thought we’d booked better views than we had. They were really busy when we were there but went out of their way to get us a room with a view for as much of our stay as possible, even though it clearly wasn’t easy. I agree with another reviewer - worth the stay for the front desk staff alone. The concierges are also really knowledgeable and helpful and definitely worth a visit.

Best service provided by the reception team. Eden assisted the check in full of smiles and she informed us the services in detail. The breakfast was excellent, lovely atmosphere and very good choices of food, far better than expected. The room was clean with good views. And best location.
Great central location to waterfront, shops and bus to airport right at front door.
Professional, friendly and helpful staff throughout hotel.
Rooms are a good size with 2 double beds and clean, bathroom has great hot shower albeit over the bath.
Breakfast was excellent, wide choice with an egg station to order variety of egg dishes.
Overall great hotel and would definately stay again.
