Great central location to waterfront, shops and bus to airport right at front door.
Professional, friendly and helpful staff throughout hotel.
Rooms are a good size with 2 double beds and clean, bathroom has great hot shower albeit over the bath.
Breakfast was excellent, wide choice with an egg station to order variety of egg dishes.
Overall great hotel and would definately stay again.

If stayed for three nights at this property and would have been happy to stay a week. Outstanding and friendly service, clean room with comfortable bed and bedding and a nice bar/restaurant and, if location is important to you so that you don’t need a vehicle, this is the hotel. “Tina” checked me in and I really appreciated her efforts to find a room for me as I was a good 5 hours ahead of check-in time due to my international flight arriving at 9 in the morning. My room was in the “back” tower on the 7th floor and, despite the fact that the elevator only goes to the 6th floor and I needed to climb about 15 steps to get to the 7th floor, I would pick the same location again for my stay. The view was incredible and it was an extremely quiet floor. I slept with disturbance on all three nights. The breakfast buffet is varied and presented nicely and there is a “Happy Hour” at the bar in the afternoons. I also had dinner one night and the service was great (thank you, Emma!) and unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the manager who was friendly and helpful. I could go on but, suffice to say, I loved my time at this property.

We came to Queenstown and stayed here for my 70th birthday The stay was great the service was excellent and the staff were so friendly,they knew who we were when going down for breakfast without even saying our name. The pillows on the bed were so soft and moulded into your head.
