My family decided to extend our trip to South Island and happen to have a booking at the hotel on the day of our flight back to Auckland. I called the receptionist, Kevin (the Filipino guy), took the call and acknowledge our concern to change our booking to another day. He made the transition smoothly, and make sure that the room we booked still available.
As we arrived, I met Kevin in-person and his colleagues, everyone greeted and welcomed us with a smile. He helped us and initiated to move our bags inside the room.
Patricia, the other receptionist, was also helpful and gave us water since the Tap was contaminated in Queenstown.
Food was scrumptious, All the Crews in the Kitchen was smiling at us and very accommodating. Overall, we felt grateful and relaxed during our last night in QT.
