We are very sorry that you did not have a great experience at our hotel.
Note that at the time of the booking, you are able to ask for a twin or king bed if needed. Even after check-in our guests can ask for king or twin beds in all our categories of rooms. We would be happy to change it following your preference at any time.
About the water, we are sorry to hear that our goodwill gesture of providing complimentary water was not good enough. Please kindly be advised that we have taken your feedback on board, and we will strive to make improvements accordingly.
We will raise with our staff members who are overviewing the water and sauna temperature at our Spa area to follow up on your comments, we do check the water levels, temperature, and status every 2 hours. Next time please bring it up to our team who will happily assist.
