I booked from the UK for a group of 17 people before heading off to NZ after researching somewhere to accommodate dietary requiements . They emailed back with a confirmation promptly which was comforting to know that my booking was set. The doorway is quite hidden and you have to look for the overhanging sign which is high on the all. The narrow stairwell leads up to the restaurant which is on the first floor. The décor is not much to look at but it was clean and the owner was helpful. We had 2 mixed platters, one veg one meat. I felt the meat one could have been more flavoursome but the main dishes made up for it and were excellent and not running in oil. The meal was very reasonably priced compared to most places in Queenstown and I do recommend you visit if you like Indian food. we were celebrating a birthday and even though they do not actually do anything special, they made an effort to find a tea light and put it in the middle of some nutella pancakes which were a lovely end to the meal.
