The customer service of all the staff was excellent, would highly recommend this company for your helicopter flight. This was awesome! Great views on the way out to Milford, plus landing on the mountain top / glacier was unbelievable. It was so fun and unreal that another passenger and I both wondered aloud whether it was legal! The ride back to Queenstown was great too. Since you're in a helicopter, the pilot can circle back around if something interesting is spotted on the ground (for instance, goats and sheep hanging out on a cliff for no reason). I can't recommend this enough!

I was beyond impressed how this company operates. It's customer service is top notch. Our original tour to Milford Sound was cancelled due to bad weather and they did everything they could to make sure we were able to do something else last min since it was our last day in Queenstown. They picked us up from our hotel and the driver was very friendly and pleasant. We checked in for our flight which was a super smooth and easy process. The helicopter pilot, Johnathan, was an excellent tour guide and a great photographer. He took a lot of photos of us and we had the best time. We thought we would be disappointed since it wasn't what we original planned, but we were pleasantly surprised. At the end they give you the opportunity to purchase a photo and the money goes as a tip to the pilot. Such a great idea!! They even accommodated our tight schedule by letting us bring our luggage, stow it for us, and then dropped us off at the airport after to catch our flight. We will def use this company in the future and will highly recommend them! Plus they said our partial refund would take a few days to go back to our account and we had it before we got home. Very pleased!
