- [ ] Depending how well the function is carried out is how the customer satisfacción would be. Our experience at the Lone Star Cafe Bar and Restaurant in Queenstown, New Zealand was enhanced and made enjoyable by Sophie, the shift manager that waited on us when we dined las Friday. Shophie’s care of our preferences from how the meat meals should be prepared to the crispness of the bread that we ordered; as well as her suggestions made up for a very an enjoyable dinner. We ordered a crispy loaf of garlic olive oil bread and came up scrunchy as we like it. We followed with pork spare ribs and fries, a simple dish, that was a large and very satisfying. Following the suggestion of Sophie, when I asked about tender meat, I ordered the fillet which came cooked as I preferred, well done. Beer, sparkling wine, and Pinot Noir accompanied our meal; but we had no room for dessert. All in all a very enjoyable dinner, with special thanks to charming and energetic Sophie. In fact, because of her, we returned the following night, to have the special of crayfish, but that is for another review.
