Thanks for taking your time to write us a review, we really appreciate your feedback.
I can totally understand the confusion with having two very different experiences with our style of service at Yonder.
We are currently making a lot of changes to our systems and feel you have been caught right in the middle of this transition so I do apologise for this.
We are making these changes with goals of our service and staff becoming a lot more efficient to make a experience at Yonder a free flowing, smooth and enjoyable one. Being open just over a year now we feel we need to take Yonder to the next level.
In terms of unfriendly staff this is a huge surprise to us as our staff are known as polite happy people. I will address this with the manager on duty and ensure this won't happen again, so I do apologise for this.
We hope this hasn't tarnished your thoughts on Yonder and would hope you'll be back to give it another shot in the near future.
