This tour was jut marvelous! John, who took us on the tour, certainly loves Te Anau and surroundings and he shared his love with us. He showed us amazingly beautiful places where we saw only a few people around. Just natural beauty and bird songs. John told us what those birds were and actually found them in the trees!
The car was clean and comfortable, the lunch was delicious and the morning tea was nice too.
We thoroughly recommend this tour to everyone. It is well worth the money.
Such a great overall experience. Took the whole trouble out of travelling ourselves to Milford and had a wonderful time with Nigel who provided us with much information of the surrounding areas as well as prime spots for our cruise. Very personalised experience and felt trouble free for the entirety thanks to Nigel.
Nigel collected us from our hotel and gave us a great day. He was full of knowledge and free to share. From start to finish he made you feel special. Nigel took us to great photo spots on and off the main stops. So you weren't having to share with coach loads of tourists and could enjoy the hidden gems.
Morning tea of hot coffee and muffins was included.
Nigel made sure we could stop and take as many photos as we liked and we were never felt pressured to hurry up.
Wonderful day and tour of Milford Sound. A perfect way to spend the last full day in New Zealand.
Cannot recommend highly enough. Jamie our guide was the perfect blend of friendly, professional, and knowledgable. The drive to Milford was spectacular, and the cruise on the Sound was even better. Dont be afraid of the weather - poured with rain most of the day and was still one of the best tours we have ever done! I’d give these guys six stars if I could - thanks for a brilliant day.
Oddly enough being a NZer we still had not visited Milford Sounds - putting it aside "as we can always do it one-day". A chance to go South came up and we decided to visit the Sounds to see what it was all about - when looking at ways to get there Nigel's Envy Experiences Tours came up - and we thought what better way to experience iconic NZ scenery in a luxury sustainable way in a Tesla for a treat!
The planning for the day was excellent. Nigel was just the best, knowledgable tour guide you can get; and the best - stopping in all the local, secret spots to see the amazing scenery along the way.
He arranged the best seats for us on the boat, and just so nice to see his engagement with all the other operators in the area.
Well worth the trip down there although we had a wet day - the scenery was just awesome from the Tesla!
