This private tour is the best tour I ever booked. The personal attention and the regular stops were amazing. You will never get that with any other tour operator. A nice coffee or tea with muffin is offered. The best part is that Mike made sure to get us the best seats on the boat.
An amazing day with Nigel who is knowledgeable and obviously commited to the area and protecting it's environment. Lots of stops on the route to fully appreciate the area's topography and history. Nigel is prepared for all weathers, he even called by our room the evening before to check we knew what to expect, he prepared coffee outside during a brief spell of sunshine and provided huge umberellas for the remainder of the trip. Escorted us onto the boat and pointed out the best seats.
Highly recommended. We enjoyed our day with Nigel. The Tesla was a nice touch and very comfortable. It was a great experience and we were able to take the scenery in without stressing about driving, time, and parking. Great value.

Our day with Nigel was wonderful. A spectacular part of the world to be guided through, so glad we chose to experience it with Nigel. He was an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, caring guide. We learned so much about the geology, history, trees, glaciers, bird species, etc. Grateful to have the many stops along the road for vistas and fascinating information. We had the privilege of being visited by two Keas, playfully hopping on the Tesla to say Hello at the tunnel stop.
