So sad 3 couples for dinner and such lovely front of house staff. However the meals were a let down. Orange Roughy was so small it should have been tossed back, pork belly tough, roast of the day meat was an embarrassment as tough as old boots, pasta was such a small bland meal. Level one used to be a cut above others in town now if this is the quality they give to customers who pay a sizeable amount for their meals then they are no threat to even a burger joint down the road. You need to up your game level oner as this is the second time in a row we have left very disappointed in you quality of food.

Six of us went for a meal before a show tonight, The roast beef was too tough to chew, Pork belly was not very warm and for $38 it was a very small meal. The fish of the moment was Orange roughy which was extremely small (about 2 small mouthfuls).
We felt overcharged and for a Saturday night meal it was only average, and cold instead of a hot meal, it also took over 3/4 of an hour to get it.Would not recommend and won’t be keen to go back.

An uninspiring hotel lobby led to a pretty so so decor restaurant looking a bit tired. This was mitigated by a welcoming staff and a great menu choice. We always struggle to pass a roast pork dinner… with crackling… so didn’t Passover the opportunity. An inspired choice. Moist perfectly cooked with great crackle. Followed up with great dessert choice… for me a wonderful sticky date pudding. Top marks!

Went for a family tea here last night very disappointed as our mains where barley warm we had to send one of our mains back as it was cold and took another 20-30 minutes to come back out again and once again barley warm we didn’t bother trying to send it back.
our waitress never came over to ask how our meals where at any stage, after waiting approximately 30 minutes for our dessert we decided to leave and asked them to cancel our dessert so over all a very disappointing and will certainly won’t be back

We came here for breakfast on a weekend and were really impressed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food was beautifully presented, delicious, and big portions. One of the best quality breakfasts in town.
