This motel rated the number 1 motel in invercargill on trip advisor is justified. The location is great - central to queens park and the city. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Host James is really friendly and extremely helpful with recommendations of places to eat and things to do, not only in Invercargill but enroute to Te Anau also. We had a great two night stay.

The rooms are clean, modern and really comfortable. Staff are really friendly and helpful with recommendations of places to eat etc. We had a great three night stay, our daughter especially enjoyed being able to watch her youtube channels and netflix titles from her bed! thanks and we are looking forward to coming back soon.

Were only there for one night but enjoyed our stay. The motel is just a short walk to Queen's Park which itself is worthy of a visit. The hosts gave recommendations as to eating and where to stop en route to Te Anau. Others could learn from these hosts.

Arrived on a wet night and being shown into a warm room, curtains closed, heater on and a friendly welcome - all ready to relax. Cleanliness, decor and general standard are all perfect but the personalised 'can do' attitude is exceptional. A perfect balance of professionalism and open heartedness. James and Val went out of their way to ensure that my 11 days stay was perfect in every respect. Went extra mile at all times even coming to rescue me from town when I was stuck with the usual 'no problem, happy to do so' attitude. A faultless stay and 100% recommended. Many thanks

Tower Lodge Motel must surely be rated as one of the best in Invercargill. We were surprised how quiet it was there even being located on a busy city road Queens Drive, and we stayed four nights.
The unit was clean, modern and we found everything in excellent working order. Queens Park and the Botanic Gardens are close by and make for a lovely walk especially in the summer evenings. Across the road is the impressive Water Tower, which serves as a visual landmark for first timers to Invercargill.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Tower Lodge Motel comes highly recommended to all travellers.
