Have stayed here a few times and ALWAYS found the staff friendly and rooms clean.
Nice quiet location, close to any inner city amenities you may need.
Room 8 is the best room I've stayed in so far. Spa bath was a great treat at the end of a long day.

We stayed at this motel for two nights. It was very comfortable and clean. Very spacious rooms and friendly staff. We would stay here again. It was lovely. We would definately recommend this to anyone

Very quiet, comfortable, clean, friendly owners who were helpful. Stayed there for a night, so good we went back a week later for another stay before leaving Invercargill. Loved the spa bath and great water pressure in the shower. I would highly recommend this motel.

We recently stayed in a one bedroom unit and a two bedroom unit. Both were spacious, warm and spotlessly clean. The two bedroom unit was more like a small house. The beds were comfortable and the showers great.
There are car parks in front of each unit.
The hosts were super friendly and very helpful giving us some good local advice on things to see and do while in Invercargill.
The motel complex is centrally located and within easy walking distance to good restaurants, cafes and Queens Park Gardens.
We will definitely stay here again when next in Invercargill.

Lovely little, immaculately clean motel. Super friendly staff happy to help us with our tourist questions! We parked the hire car up and didn't use it again til we left Invercargill because the motel is so handy for everything in town. We walked to the beautiful Queens Gardens, E Hayes (to see the World's Fastest Indian) and then a wee bit of a longer walk to the Bill Richardson Motor Museum.
Lovely Thai restaurant a 10 min walk back in to town (called Thai Thai.)
Would definitely stay here again.
