We booked a flight long time in advance. When we arrived at the airport there was thick fog. The airline could not guarantee that the return flight could start. They offered us a full refund. I think this is very customer friendly. We took the offer cause we had to go to Dunedin next day and could not risk to get stocked on Stewart Island.

Easy booking system. friendly service. Best way to visit Stewart Island. On our way to S.I. the pilot could take an extra round above the island. That was amazing. The company is taking good care of the passangers. Next time we go with S.I. Flight. We will never take the ferry again.

Arrived at the airport on a lovely sunny day, the pilot checked me in and after a short wait we were called forward. I was lucky enough to get a seat beside the pilot and had a great view. If you think it's too expensive you could fly in and take the ferry back to Bluff.

Booked in for a one day tour of Stewart Island.
This would be a unique experience for some. Flying in a small six seater plane, gives a different take on flying. The flight is only a few minutes, the experience lasts a lifetime. Our pilot, gave a very informative commentary as we crossed the strait, and flew into the air strip, at Stewart Island.
A courtesy van, drove the passengers down a rather steep hill, to the town ship.
In all a good experience. I booked the one day tour, of Stewart island, and found good value for money.

the pilots might change after a while, but the senior staff and owners which are actively involved in all part of the business keep it always most reliable and flexible. as with all business:
