We arrived here after being in a small cabin in a Holiday Park and sharing camping facilities. Reception (from Shona) was warm, friendly and efficient. .I was dreading a cheap motel. I was thrilled when my husband took me to our accommodation. It all looked so inviting and comfortable and like being at home. There was a good sized front room with dining area and kitchenette and radiator heating if required. There was a separate electric heater, a good effective fridge, a cooker, a micro-wave, an electric frying/casserole pan and really good kitchen equipment. The cooker was clean and all the equipment clean. There was even a cafetierre with a packet of ground coffee. Milk (skimmed or whole) was provided in a small 300ml bottle. The sofa was comfortable, the carpets clean, the curtains of good quality and there was a great TV. The bathroom area consisted of a separate loo, separate shower and basin area. The water was hot and the shower pressure good. The double bedroom had a queen sized bed with really good quality bed covers and pillows. There was a fitted wardrobe and hangers provided. There is an on-site laundry with top-loading washing machine and tumble dryers. Powder is provided at a cost of $2.50 and an honesty box is the only demand made! I thought it was completely brilliant!
