Lunch out for three... ordered a variety to share, chicken pizza, wedges, onion rings, Turkish bread with hummus. Enjoyed the food though the bread seemed a bit underdone and cold. Overall good service but would suggest the waitress should have waited until we were all finished eating before clearing plates from under our noses.

Have been to this establishment several times and have always had good food and service, but today was a different story. Was made to feel belittled when asked if the heating was on (had just spend 3 hours standing in the cold). And then was my burger was delivered was informed “here is your chicken burger with nothing”. Just plain rude! Did not feel welcome and ironically was pretty much the only diners in there. The food was average - but it wouldn’t be hard to get a ‘burger with nothing’ wrong. My friend said the meat in her lamb pie was tough and there was a unopen mussels in the chowder. Disappointing... however the second manager who came on was polite.

Lunch with friends was met with an aggressive and unfriendly waitress. Firstly she was rude when we asked if there was heating on “the two fires are on and the heat pump so if you’re cold there is something wrong with you”. Hardly something that is acceptable to say to paying customers. We were also met with rude comments when the food arrived “a burger with nothing” as the plates were rudely slammed down in front of us. The meat on my plate was tough and my friend had a mussel in her chowder that wasn’t open. Gross. I won’t be back.

I’m really sorry that we interrupted the day manager to eat. She did not seem happy we arrived and was quite rude our entire meal. It seemed a major inconvenience to be served, guess we won’t make that mistake again! Yummy food, but shocking service.

We had chowder it was great but coffee wherw terrible. I had mocha it had so much chocolate you could not taste the coffee. NO RESPONSE to how bad the coffees were . Not good custom service at all.
