Was greeted by a lovely person named Connor, he advised he was new but he gave great service, cant say the same about the female staff who just wanted to chat an giggle leaving Connor to serve the customers as there were people waiting, I will say the food was 5 star and same for connor, personally if not putting customers first is speights new motto, then I will not be coming back and will be passing this on to anyone wanting to go there, this sort of hospitality is not what I expect from speights , hence the reason my low rating
