Our family stayed one night at a one bedroom apartment on their terrace. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectation. It is right in the city with a free parking. The apartment is beautifully presented - clean, spacious and artistically furbished. The kitchenware is all very new and good qualify. The apartment we stayed has its own washing machine and dryer which we found very handy. To our very surprise, it even provided dressing gowns and slippers. Highly Recommended!
This place was really excellent:
- great location
- clean and tidy room
- spacious
- quiet as it isn't on the main road itself but tucked into a side alley
- great facilities
Only complaints were:
- the wifi was not particularly fast but it still worked OK
- they don't follow their own policy of not replacing towels if they are still hanging up, so they waste water/soap etc. (why do so many hotels/motel not follow their own policies???)
Still going to give this a 5 rating though because every single other aspect of this place was excellent.
315 Euro certainly exceeded our expectations! The location is superb in Central Dunedin and it’s a real bonus having a free car park as you can walk to bars, restaurants and shops literally on your doorstep! We stayed in an Executive Studio and it was amazingly spacious with a full width balcony, a king size comfortable bed and a lovely tiled bathroom with a great shower. Everything was super clean and we can’t recommend it highly enough.
These apartments are very conveniently located with secure parking. They are spacious and clean and our apartment had a small kitchen area and a large bathroom. The lady who greeted us was very helpful, marking on a map all the places to see in a limited timeframe.
A real find in central Dunedin, EURO 15 is a testament to its new owners passion for excellence. Really enjoyed the pragmatic and thorough approach to all the basics and charming staff. Given the location (free) onsite parking an added bonus part of the carefully designed attention to detail throughout. Not over-endowed with high quality central accomodation, this is a no-brainer.
