These apartments are very conveniently located with secure parking. They are spacious and clean and our apartment had a small kitchen area and a large bathroom. The lady who greeted us was very helpful, marking on a map all the places to see in a limited timeframe.
A real find in central Dunedin, EURO 15 is a testament to its new owners passion for excellence. Really enjoyed the pragmatic and thorough approach to all the basics and charming staff. Given the location (free) onsite parking an added bonus part of the carefully designed attention to detail throughout. Not over-endowed with high quality central accomodation, this is a no-brainer.
The best thing for here is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. I've been staying in quite a few motels in Dunedin, and 315 is the cleanest motel I've been.
And we talk about the location, only one traffic light to the mall, a big car park as well, the warm staff was helping us carry the luggage.

Otherwise we felt our studio to be somewhat dreary space. The sleeping area was separated from the kitchen/living area by the bathroom. With the door to the unit right at the bed, noise from the hallway, only small window in the bedroom. The bedoom is so small, no room for suitcases so had to keep them in the living area. The living room looked over the car park, trash and recycle bins. There is a restaurant next door, if you have the window open you are subjected to heavy garlic and curry aromas at times.
A caution when reading reviews and the description, we did not feel our unit to be stunning, but rather quite basic. As well, if you are reliant on wifi, it was poor in our unit, either not accessible or extremely slow. Could only access it from the living area, not the sleeping area. Also the building we were in did not have an elevator.
New owners but the service and convenience is still there. Great place to stay and lovely staff. Very happy to return anytime. Clean and comfortable. Lots of places to eat nearby...you are spoiled for choice.
