Nothing above and beyond here, but a clean room, nice shower, comfy bed and good location. Nothing wrong with this! But If you are looking for bells and whistles, look elsewhere. (They do advertise them as apartments but our room had a kettle and toaster, no other cooking devices)

We arived at 4pm on a Saturday, tired after a long journey, and quite incredibly reception was closed. What made matters much worse, though, was that once we'd managed to find our key in the box (after a rather gruff voice on the intercom said, "there's a box inside the door", nothing else), we couldn't get the key fob to work to open the roller doors to the garage. Despite ringing three time on the intercom, and speaking to three different people, not one of them got back to us. We were left outside the hotel, unable to get in through the garage or the front door for well over 10 minutes. Why didn't someone have the courtesy or common sense to come outside and help us?

We had to park the car elsewhere in the end, and asked that someone ring us in our room in 15 minutes time to sort this issue out. No-one did.

This was pronbably the worst 'welcome' that I've ever had to a hotel in decades of travelling the world. People are paying to stay with you, man your reception after 4pm, please!

The hotel was otherwise good. The room had all that we needed to self-cater, except that there was no frying pan, chopping board or large bowl to use in th microwave. Also, the fan in the bathroom didn't work and one of the bedside lights wasn't working either. After our experiences with the staff there, and as we were staying for just one night, we didn't bother to ask for these to be mended.

This was all a real shame as it was great to have a washer and drier in the bathroom, the bed was very comfortable, and it was all spotlessly clean. It also has to be said that the receptionist who was there the following day when we checked out was very good, most helpful. Why wasn't she there when we checked in?

Overall, a good hotel, but the management's attitude to saving money on staffing over good customer service definitely makes this is a very average hotel.

Stayed here for a week during which we made use of the in-room kitchen and laundry. Rooms seem to be recently furbished and are in great condition, although the fan in the bathroom didn't work. Our kitchen lacked a frying pan, something I only discovered when I went to use it - made do with a pot but generated a fair bit of smoke that a sub-standard extractor fan struggled to clear! These are minor gripes though and with this being one of the more modern Quests, I'd stay again without hesitation.

The location was perfect, an easy parking lot if you book it is also available.
The apartment itself was very clean, furnished and modern!
Lovely service and if you want you can also use the gym!
The price seemed like a deal!

Hotel was OK and well located. I was travelling with my sister and asked for twin beds. What they had was a split Queen sized bed I think because the beds were impossibly narrow especially for my larger sister. She got little or no sleep and was very uncomfortable. I was OK but did not sleep either because she was up all night. Hotel is also on the main road so traffic noise also all night.

Room Tip: Try to be away from the main road.
