Paint was chipped off every door and door frame. Rooms felt filthy. Beds were ancient. Shower had poor water flow and temperature changed all over. Cramped bathroom.

Carpet felt 10's of years old.

Price was very good. Now we know why.

Room Tip: We had the "house" that sleeps about 8 and it felt very run down. Yuck.

Chose this for a great location close to the beach at St Kilda and to travel to the Peninsula. Facilities are average, but so is the price. Recommended for those on a budget wanting to stay away from the city..

We had a great time in this place, and while a little retro, it is very comfortable and well kept. The staff and owners are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again when in Dunedin.

We had a one bedroom unit with a kitchen. Nice and warm, good beds, freeview TV and chairs outside to enjoy the sun. Smallish bathroom with a good shower. Great staff, quiet location. We will stay again
