We spent 2 nights here in a 1 bedroom apartment - it has been renovated beautifully and was spotlessly clean. There is everything you need where you need it, and we really enjoyed our stay. We had to change our booking and they were so friendly and helpful, really easing our stress and going above and beyond what they had to do. We hope to stay here next time we are in Dunedin, and highly recommend it.

We booked 2 nights here in in 1 Bedroom Appartment. The room was very large, clean, and modern. Only downside was our particular room was not very private; it was on ground floor just across from lobby/office and anyone there can look right into your living room (so we kept the blinds closed, which was fine for our short stay). It was also very windy, and the rose bush outside our bedroom window banged on glass all night (pruning would fix this). I would certainly stay hear again, but would try to get 2nd floor next time.

What an great stop we had here! Clean!!! Most comfortable beds of our whole trip! Landscaping around it was a bonus. But the best part was the amazingly friendly and helpful Michael and Sally Young that run this lovely establishment! Great touring and eating suggestions, ready with loaner umbrellas, extra coffee, even milk for our coffee. We were all so happy with our stay here and recommend to anyone!!
