Handy location near the city. Has a playground and toys for the kids. Facilities are older but clean, and the showers are unlimited and hot.
Note there is an unfenced stream running through the property, which is lovely to listen to at night but something to be aware of if you have young children.
We only needed an overnight for our campervan, but it was nice that this place is IN the city, rather than somewhere outside it. Bathrooms were clean, but VERY cold (unheated) when we were there in June.
We stopped here for a coupe of nights with our camper van. Lovely site by the river with mature trees. Good facilities, very clean. Bus to CBD comes right past the front gate, or it is a simple 45min walk. Table tennis table for kids and a lovely riverside walk at your doorstep.
The unit itself is nice clean and has good kitchen. No milk given? Not even a thimble of UHT Couch uncomfortable. And no soap for in shower. ( hand soap attached to wall by hand basin). Unit 1 is next to a bunk room and we were unlucky enough to be staying the same night as happy campers next door
So if you’re staying bring milk , soap and try to get a unit further away from bunk room. ( or bring ear plugs Ü )

Poor Wifi connection. No microwave. No airflow or security latches on windows. Looking into carpark.
No ambience.
Appeared clean. Double Bed comfortable
