We stayed here recently and it was perfect for us. Helen and her family couldn’t do enough for us. Our apartment was spotlessly clean and was equipped extremely well. They thought of everything you’d need.
We will certainly stay here on our next visit. We loved it.
This motel was good value. Beds were comfortable, good pillows. Good location for walking to downtown Christchurch. Nice host allowed us to check in a hour early. The only negative was their pool side location needed more cleaning attention.
Needed a pet friendly motel in Christchurch and so glad we found this one. We had 2A which was a large modern mobility access studio, spotlessly clean with well equipped kitchen (with a proper big fridge/freezer), lovely king bed and comfy leather sofa and huge wardrobe with lovely bathrobes. Nice to see a full length mirror outside of the bathroom, with good light, next to a power point so wifey can do her hair and makeup while hubby’s in the bathroom! Only 2 little things as mentioned by others, the outside lets it down a bit bit while they’re renovating and 2A is next to the laundry, so you do hear the washing machine, but we had a great stay, hosts were lovely and will def be back 😊
Was visiting Eastern part of city so booked here. The motel was as good as expected and checking in and direction giving lovely. Was very pleased to find that it was a direct run to New Brighton beach and pier and to Ferrymead park and the Chch Gondala.
We flew into Christchurch from Gatwick and enjoyed a couple of relaxing nights at Cashel court motel. Our studio room was immaculately clean and thoughtfully equipped for the weary traveller. The room was a good size and the bed extremely comfortable. The owners, Helen and Grant together with their family were friendly and extremely kind and hospitable. The heated pool was an added bonus on a warm New Zealand evening. It was also most useful to have the use of a washing machine after traveling for 36 hours in the same clothes!
The only slightly negative aspect was the outside ambience of Cashel Court which did not do justice to the lovely motel
