“Brought small kids here”
Reviewed 4 April 2017

Pre and post earthquake, lovely place for families. I brought my little kids here before and after. After they met a lovely white GSD, Don't forget that Adelaide the Identical twin was ravaged by earthquake in the1930.s. I love the "shipping container mall', it is so creative. Please include Christchurch in your Itinerary

“Enjoy The Food”
Reviewed 1 April 2017

Good little spots for shopping but I enjoyed some of the food that was available there more than anything else. The tram goes past there so it's a great stop off if you want a snack or perhaps feel like a bit of retail therapy.

This is a World-Class department store! Top shelf merchandise, beautifully displayed, and with a wonderful sales staff!

Don't miss the Gourmet Department--you can get lost in the amazing selections of delicious sweet and savory items for hours!

“Artistry and resiliancy”
Reviewed 20 March 2017

What a great adaptation to adversity showing creativity and strength. Build quickly post earthquake but with a true unique character. The metal art sculptures are fun and well done. I hope this area remains as a living memorial long after the city is rebuilt. Spoiler alert--Christchurch will be in the running for most beautiful downtown in a few years--and that's worldwide!!
