As it was a public holiday and we were fully booked, the cost from the carpet cleaning company was significantly higher than usual. Please note, we did not charge you a single cent extra beyond this cleaning fee, and we did not charge you for the relocation of other guests.
Cleanliness is a top priority for us. Even if accidents happen, such as vomiting on the carpet, we will have professional cleaners to address it. However, it's crucial that you inform us immediately so we can take appropriate action.
