We are staying here tonight and it is really nice. Room was a great size, comfy bed, and awesome facilities, however I did think it came with in-room laundry facilities but it didn’t.
Good location within walking distance to the city and great restaurants
I was in Christchurch on a business trip so caught the early flight in. We arrived well before check-in had even begun, and we were greeted and checked in easily. Upon check-in the man behind the reception was super friendly and was giving us heaps of information about things to do and places to eat. We asked for directions to our conference venue, he wasn’t 100% where it was but gave us a round about idea. At check out time he asked us if we had found the venue easy enough as he had walked about the street location to find it himself incase we struggled. Room was nice and warm, very clean. Only fault would be to update your website photos, they make your great motel look old and not very good inviting. This is 100% not the case!! Would recommend to everyone who is staying in Christchurch. I will be back on the next trip.

Wonderful room, everything works well: warm room, very confortable bed, good hot shower, the price that i paid was fine at Agoda ( 75USD) , parking spaces , quiet location, wifi worked very well.
I will stay here again when o returned to Christchurch.
Just spent a very comfortable night here. The rooms are clean, tastefully decorated and furnished with comfortable furniture. Much thought would appear to have been given to the fittings and decor to ensure a comfortable, relaxed stay away from home. Good restaurants and city centre within easy walking distance. We will be staying here again. Oh! And of the hundreds of hotels and motels I have stayed at worldwide, this Lodge has by far and away the best pen and notepad I have ever seen!
Reading other people’s reviews, we are nearly all of the same mind about the Tuscana - it’s simply wonderful. We had a ground floor suite with lounge/diner, double bedroom and bathroom with a huge spa bath. The place is well equipped and comfortable, wonderfully clean and well located. They even offer a guest laundry, very useful when you are touring. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly and, though a continental breakfast is available, a cafe up the road called Vic’s was recommended and that was wonderful too. If we were staying in Christchurch again we would certainly stay at the Tuscana.
