Cannot fault the service in this hotel and its very clear that the staff have been really thoughtfully trained across all facets of the business. After a skiing holiday where almost every business had lackluster service due to 'staffing issues' this hotel seemed well run, fully staffed and faultless. I can imagine that it is the way they treat their staff that has given them such a good retention rate in these strange post covid times. From check in to meals to the bar to seeing staff in the hallways - all our friendly and knowledgeable and nothing is a problem - we really thought this was some of the best service e have experienced and that is saying something as stay in Four Seasons Hotels etc abroad.
In terms of the actual hotel - yes, its dated but perfect for a family stay
