I stay here on a regular basis, the rooms are always clean, tidy and the staff are exceptional. The food is always of an excellent standard and well priced. I would recommend Pavilions for either a business or personal trip

Very good hotel for a reasonable price that is very close to the city center. Room was very clean, parking on site and cooked breakfast was great. I highly recommend it and i will stay there again. Thanks Pavilions hotel.

Have stayed here many times in the past - hard to go past Pavilions for great atmosphere, friendly service and lovely clean & comfortable rooms - also the location is close to everything we need in Christchurch - Highly recommended

Our housekeeping team have strict procedures and do pride themselves on top notch rooms. The location is perfect close to Hagley Park, the Casino and a short walk to town. An awesome stay. Breakfast included. Totally amazing.
Rooms well heated. Units very clean and serviced. Polite and help
Could not fault it.
The seafood chowder was define.
But a great menu to choose from

I have had many people comment on the Seafood Chowder but not tried it myself as not a seafood fan. All of our meals are fantastic and never fail to please. We do hope to host you again soon.

Initially booked into our studio room, however there was a problem with the toilet. Staff immediately moved us to another unit. Apparently we should not have been booked into first room as rooms are currently being refurbished in the same wing.Unit we were relocated to was in another wing which meant we had to cross between buildings and up steps in the rain. Accommodation clean, and restaurant/bar convenient, good food and friendly staff. Breakfast good with plenty of choice.
We booked the "Autumn Special" which was advertised incorrectly but the staff did honour the arrangement.

We stayed for a night for a bereavement. The staff cared for us and our friends especially. The room was lovely, warm and comfortable. Will be our go to accomodation next time we're in Christchurch. Thank you so much
