Our stay was completely ruined by a rude, undertrained, and aggressive staff member. My wife and I had taken this trip to relax after a major health incident, looking forward to unwinding after a stressful time. Instead, we were met by a staff member named Rulesarn, who ended up shouting at us. When we inquired about adjusting our stay, he lectured us that it was impossible due to the booking we selected on the website, despite the ambiguous email confirmation. He impolitely informed us that our request could not be accommodated and that he would put a note on our file. When we asked him to call his manager, he said there was no one available on a Sunday evening. While the accommodation is clean and tidy, it feels sterile and lacks character and warmth.

Staff were very professional and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Good selection of pillows and warm bedding. Lovely big shower and great water pressure.

The bar was a nice warm area and the solo musician on the Friday evening happy hour was great.
Fabulous buffet breakfast in the great room special. Great walking distance to all shops and we had 2 great days biking in the area.

Superb - from the welcoming staff to the cleanliness of the rooms to the bar and wait staff - all eager and keen to make sure you have the best stay.

We are regular visitors to Blenheim and stay here whenever we can. Its location is perfect as it's only a short stroll into town where the shopping is great.
