Staff were very professional and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Good selection of pillows and warm bedding. Lovely big shower and great water pressure.
Great to have an armchair each and coffee table to relax in the evening
The bar was a nice warm area and the solo musician on the Friday evening happy hour was great.
Fabulous buffet breakfast in the great room special. Great walking distance to all shops and we had 2 great days biking in the area.

Superb - from the welcoming staff to the cleanliness of the rooms to the bar and wait staff - all eager and keen to make sure you have the best stay.
We are regular visitors to Blenheim and stay here whenever we can. Its location is perfect as it's only a short stroll into town where the shopping is great.

Both the bed and the room were very comfortable. The check-in process was easy, and the receptionist was very friendly. We received a 10% discount voucher for the on-site restaurant when we checked in, although we didn't use it in the end! The location was very convenient for everything we needed. We would have no hesitation in booking another stay in the future.

Stayed 2 nights as part of holiday around NZ. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and we were informed as soon as we got there that we had been given an upgrade. The room was fantastic with large living area, a kitchen area, nice bedroom and big bathroom with shower and jacuzzi bath big enough for 2. The restaurant was nice, though I felt the choice was limited. We had breakfast there. Parking was in the hotel grounds, close to the room and free. The help yourself breakfast was quite expensive and we didn't want that much so we had something smaller where coffee and juice was not included, so we had coffee in nour room.

The room was big and comfortable. The staff were super helpful and nothing was a problem. The room was clean, tidy and well appointed. We requested a late checkout and this was no problem. It was central with good parking. It was quiet and comfortable.
We really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again.
