Stayed 2 nights as part of holiday around NZ. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and we were informed as soon as we got there that we had been given an upgrade. The room was fantastic with large living area, a kitchen area, nice bedroom and big bathroom with shower and jacuzzi bath big enough for 2. The restaurant was nice, though I felt the choice was limited. We had breakfast there. Parking was in the hotel grounds, close to the room and free. The help yourself breakfast was quite expensive and we didn't want that much so we had something smaller where coffee and juice was not included, so we had coffee in nour room.

The room was big and comfortable. The staff were super helpful and nothing was a problem. The room was clean, tidy and well appointed. We requested a late checkout and this was no problem. It was central with good parking. It was quiet and comfortable.
We really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Great hotel, staff were very welcoming and the hotel is well positioned, close to town. Room was lovely and the outside area with the pool would be fabulous in the warmer months.
Very good value for money!
A great base for exploring the region or a good place to stay on way to or from the ferry.
