Description: Rockferry Wines is owned by husband and wife team Tom and Fiona, proud producers of world-class certified organic wines, made right here in New Zealand. Our philosophy is to make real wines which speak of their home; to express the pure distinct flavours from our organic estate vineyards in Marlborough and Central Otago. It's the way we live. We welcome you to visit our team and taste our wines at our cellar door and restaurant in Marlborough. Based around seasonally inspired cooking and our range of organically grown wines, the cellar door and restaurant is a great showcase for the honest, down-to-earth produce that New Zealand's South Island is justifiably famous for. We look forward to seeing you soon

Rock Ferry was recommended by our host and our experience was fabulous. The wine tasting was lovely and that enabled us to choose a wine for lunch. The food was excellent and the service was top notch. The best meal we had in Blenheim!

Recommended by our host that is a wine and food specialist and connaisseur, we had lunch during our honeymoon in NZ.
Service was perfect, food great quality.
Wine sommelier and tasting was also very enjoyable.we appreciated the ambiance, the discussion... the moment !
Book if you want a table outside.
The lemon tart home made in a tatin style was one of the best I had ever ! Simply delicious !

A very welcoming and friendly bistro in the winery, serving some excellent food. The menu is best described as boutique, with high quality ingredients and very well cooked dishes, and therefore a little more expensive than some of the local competition. The food certainly was worth it; from the fish of the day, veggie fritters and steak sandwich (lots of steak and filling, not much bread) everything was cooked by someone who really understands how to combine flavours to add to a dish.

Full selection of wines available either by the glass or bottle, as well as craft beer and soft drinks.

Would suggest booking in advance in summer to get a table outside as it became a little hot inside.

If you have lunch in the bistro, the wine tasting (6 wines) is free...a nice touch!

This place was packed when we arrived, but luckily two ladies let us share their table. We had a very tasty lunch, one oriental chicken noodles, the other vegetable fritters. Both really interesting dishes. Very glad we came and an recommend it! Nice vibe on the terrace especially.

This winery has an attached restaurant, where we enjoyed a great lunch, sitting on the veranda looking at the garden.it was only walking distance from our accommodation, which allowed us to have a bottle of their excellent wine with lunch.
The service was efficient with the wait staff explaining all the menu and suggesting the wine accompaniments
A reservation is recommended and a visit highly recommended
