The Marlborough Vintners Hotel is very nice and we enjoyed our 3 night stay. It made a change from a B and B or conventional hotel to be in an apartment. The receptionist was helpful. Our suite was spacious and light with a lounge, well equipped kitchen area, bedroom and huge bathroom. There were lovely views of vineyards and mountains. The hot tub was great after a busy day. Dinner at the restaurant at the hotel was impressive. There was a large group celebrating a wedding when we dined but it didn't hold up the service too much. We ordered garlic bread to start which was nice and then beef fillet and salmon,- both absolutely gorgeous. The continental breakfast was good with cereals, fruit, yogurt, bread/toast, cheese meat and salmon. We would recommend this hotel if you are holidaying in the Blenheim area.

Very cosy apartments / suites with kitchen, living room, a very large bathroom and a separate bedroom. Parking and WLAN for free. Small fitness room, but suitable. Breakfast "on demand" for NZD 20.-/p.P. but not necessary, given the kitchen amenities, with tee and coffee provided. Relaxed apartment stay, not to compare with a hotel.

Stayed: May 2017, travelled solo

The rooms were huge, with well equipped kitchen, living space, well fitted bathroom with huge walk in shower. Very luxurious and high end apartment/unit. Would be a great base if you were on business in the vineyards and wanted your own space. However, I think we were expecting something a little more 'quaint'.

On the Saturday night there were only another three table of diners at the on-site restaurant. Again, I think I was expecting somewhere with more ambience and style. That said the service and food were great and i can't fault anything. The up-side is that we had an early night, wonderful peaceful night's sleep and continued on our wonderful journey around south island refreshed.

Whilst on holiday in May 2017, We stayed at the Marlborough Vintners Hotel and felt welcomed the minute we arrived at the reception.

We have eaten exceptional food in the on site restaurant, to match any five star hotel in the world.
The service given both in the restaurant and room service again has been excellent.

We stayed for two days, and wish it was longer.

Many Thanks
Craig & Debbie

After a long trip we pulled into this delightful establishment. It was set amongst the vines and a fair distance back from the main road. Our room was spacious and clean. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a treat.
Would I stay here again. Definitely.

Room Tip: Try for a room at the back that overlooks the vines and mountains
