Had the tempura prawn burrito, a great mashup of Tex-Mex and Korean flavours. Looking forward to having this and the others in the future.

If you are not sure what to eat, visit this place. Note that they close at 9pm. Portions were good and cost ok. We didn’t have enough time to sample most of the food.

We just love street type food and this place was great for us. Firstly it seems to be tucked away and not that easily found.
My advice note the address and at least find it for a look

Inside there is food from Mexico,Japan,Turkey,China, Vietnam, India to name just a few. Everything is freshly made and their is even a bar in the middle where you can get a cold beer

The prices are more than reasonable, maximum seemed to be $15

We had dumplings and a stir fry and it was absolutely delicious

Stopped by Capital Market by accident on a weekend trip to Wellington. Had AMAZING Mexican food. Could not believe the range of options! Something for everyone, including my dad who doesn't eat any ethnic food. This will become my regular spot for my trips there. Was clean and tidy too, tables were cleared quickly. A few pidgeons flapping around but that can't be helped. Wonderful asset to the area.

I've had plenty of mediocre meals at this market. The standout exception is Banh Mi towards the back of the market (off Edward Street). The baguette was crisp and warm, the meat tender and full of flavour, the salad fresh and the dressing perfect. Recommended!
