We have previously stayed in this Hotel and loved it!
However our stay this week highlighted the Hotels poor or lack of Vaccine Mandate policy.
We were not asked to provide our Vaccine Passes on either booking or check in, which is poor!
On sitting in the Hotel bar not long after arrival, through the foyer walks a protestor involved in the current protest at parliament in his white gumboots with no mask on!
On querying this with reception, we were told that the Hotel welcomes all guests, regardless of Vaccine status!
On further discussion when checking out, we were told that there were quite a number of unvaccinated protesters staying in the Hotel and that they were all being housed on the same floor, regardless they were using the same lifts and facilities.
The staff told us they were not happy with this Management policy either as it put them at risk along with their families, for simply doing their job!
Not a pleasurable stay in these circumstances

Loved the whole stay. Hotel, room, staff, drinks, food. Will book again next time. The standard of the furnishings and attention to detail on fittings and decor is wonderful. The bar service was very accommodating and we loved the breakfast. Should have had dinner as well.

Stayed here when the hotel first opened several years ago and looked forward to finally returning.

Had a Superior room for a one-night stay. Check-in was seamless, COVID requirements were easily met. Room, and bathroom, were very clean. Bed was comfortable and a/c worked well. Great blackout curtians. Room was very quiet (to both internal and external noise).

No mini-bar provided, but understand that's a COVID thing.

Will stay here again.
