Loved the whole stay. Hotel, room, staff, drinks, food. Will book again next time. The standard of the furnishings and attention to detail on fittings and decor is wonderful. The bar service was very accommodating and we loved the breakfast. Should have had dinner as well.
Stayed here when the hotel first opened several years ago and looked forward to finally returning.
Had a Superior room for a one-night stay. Check-in was seamless, COVID requirements were easily met. Room, and bathroom, were very clean. Bed was comfortable and a/c worked well. Great blackout curtians. Room was very quiet (to both internal and external noise).
No mini-bar provided, but understand that's a COVID thing.
Will stay here again.

Beautifully finished hotel. Decadent and classy as you would expect from a Sofitel. Comfortable beds and clean luxurious bedding and rooms.
The staff are friendly and professional and Tenant adds a welcoming greeting and keeps the front of house staff on reception receptive and ready for guests.
Good location with easy access from the Terrace.
We stayed one-night and the service we received was outstanding, everyone was so very friendly and extremely accommodating. Location is great so close to everything. We ate in the hotel restaurant and having dined before we knew the food was outstanding and it certainly was. We did have a long wait of about 20 minutes for our order to be taken and drinks to arrive but once ordered this wasn't an issue. The food was exceptional, the chef(s) really know how to cook and present good food and everything was cooked perfectly and beautifully presented. I really appreciated them being so very accommodating to my dietary requirements. The only slight disappointment was the continental breakfast the next morning, if there had been more fresh fruit, nuts and dried fruit on offer it would've been great. Having said that the a l'carte breakfast was lovely. The rooms are excellent and the bed really comfortable. Can't wait to stay again.
