This place is well worth dropping into, we had huge fun.
The place was empty so they have an honesty box or you can pay with eftpos, instructions provided on sign.
The complex is constructed from Scrap with crazy sculptures everywhere. The mini golf is always fun made much better with the odd and interesting lay out.
I would highly recommend a visit here .

Highly recommend this mini golf destination as a fun activity for adults and children . We chose a sunny warm day which was exceedingly busy but better than if it was too cold. The area is a bit sunless in parts so would be cold if in winter.
The whole hillside is littered with junk and restored metal and turned into the most magnificent art and thinfs of interest. Our 7 and 10 year olds really enjoyed the art walk up the hill .Exploring the odd and quirky surprises around every corner.
The mini putt golf was hilly and on uneven ground but had lots of surprise drops and pipes and holes for the ball to drop through.
The lady in reception was warm and friendly. At 12.00 for an adult and 7.00 pr child i thought it was fair.
They sold drinks only at the wee office.

It felt like we entered this crazy other world! What a place! The customer service was amazing and the place itself is so different to anything I’ve seen. Make sure you do the walk up to see the sculptures. Clever mini golf fun for everyone. I didn’t win though!!!

Carlucciland is a very Wellington place and is suitable for everybody -except those with mobility problems and maybe small children who haven’t learned to lose yet.
It would be a great place to take a family group. Or a work xmas party.
Ive driven past and admired the metal, up-cycled sculptures many times so it’s great to get up close to them. The mini golf was surprisingly enjoyable too.
It would be a place to go at almost any time but bear it in mind particularly if you want an outdoor activity which is sheltered from the prevailing northerly wind.
Also v reasonable price!
Having said it’s very Wellington - there is no cafe. Go somewhere for coffee first!

Cool sculptures all around the course, the course is set on the side of a hill so lots of interesting holes that involve going up and down. The only negative was that we were in a massive line to wait for our turn and by the time it was your turn you had more people backed up behind you making you feel rushed. As the holes are all very close together there is not alot of room to wait so we had people stepping on the course kicking our balls which ruined it! Great that it's so popular but would pay to get there early to have a more relaxed time.
