Great location to stay, room was clean and very nice. Good view over city.Price is good. Bit dissapointed when we asked about the sky t.v and found it was removed around lockdown with covid. Compendium still shows sky channels available and it still has a large sky sticker on the front door. Rooms are quiet but a bit noisy through the entrance door into the room. Won't stop us staying here again though.
Rooms are clean... Reasonable view. Internet was good... Reasonably close to top end of Cuba street.
Quiet motel.
Cleaners are polite and do a good job.
Negative points are... No sofas or easy chairs in room.
Parking can be difficult in the car park.
TV consists of about 6 channels of ordinary NZ TV (rubbish with ads) ....viewing was even more difficult due to constant pixellation.

So close to CBD - reasonable rate and helpful at reception.
Room was clean, tidy, neatly set out and had everything we needed - including a coffee plunger.
Bathroom was a nice surprise - modern and a good size.
Would definitely stay here again!

The rooms are large and our room had a double bed and a single bed with a kitchen. It was quiet and had a view over Wellington. It has good parking. My only minor complaint is that the room is looking a little dated but reading over reviews may be our room was waiting to be re-furbished. Close to the road with lots of restaurants.

Situated just round the corner from Cuba St which is great for bars and cafés.
Off street parking which for those with a car is crucial.
We were walking or using public transport and found the place easily.
Friendly and helpful welcoming owner. Excellent instructions for after hours access as we arrived into Welly at midnight.
Nice quiet area which made for a peaceful night's sleep.
Room slightly dated but this did not detract from the fact that the standard of cleanliness, kitchen & bathroom facilities, etc were excellent and the bed was very comfortable.
Easy to walk up to Mt Vic for some exercise.
We'd definitely stay there again
