We had a wonderful weekend trip to the windy city made even better by the beautiful accomodation at QT. Our room had amazing views out over the marina and everyhting was so well thought out. The bed was also ridiculously comfortable. We loved the art all around the building and had fun exploring the halls and public spaces to spot it. Breakfast was delicious and also came with the same gorgeous view, and our dinner at Hot Sauce was outstanding. We would highly recommend staying here, it is super central for exploring the city but also feels like a spot you can escape to. We will stay here again.

Booked a one bedroom apartment for myself and and two young kids. Everything is a bit tired. I have problems with washing machine and dryer and dishwasher. Tiles in the bathroom are looking a bit black/pink from mould. Service at reception was top notch but was let down by actual room and amenities

The hotel was not what we imagined for the price we were paying. The balcony was dirty and hard to access as the door kept shutting. It was hard to hear when room service was being delivered. The service was slow when asking for knives and forks and the receptionists seemed less interested in us as guests and more interested in the shift changeover. Our food from room service was sub-standard. The Sticky date pudding looked, felt, and tasted like it was bunged in the microwave... there was simply no love at this hotel. Nice to look at, but no heart!
