- No greeting on arrival, zero conversation, or any exchange. Warm welcome?- more like freezing temperatures welcome.
- My company credit card got charged without my consent or knowledge.
- Room dusty, coffee place, window area, the whole telly covered with dust.
- The bathroom sink had coffee stains in it, literally the color brown all over the white sink.
- The barman, literally threw the EFTPOS machine at me and walk off before l paid and he went back to the back office.
- I had no coffee sachets or sugar in the room.
- No table in the room, no chair, no space for a laptop.
- Face cloth on the floor.
- Dirty bathroom sink.
- Lack of attention to detail or communication.
- I put the clean my sign when I left the room at 630am, came back at 2 pm and the room is still not cleaned. Went to my room and a few minutes later there is someone at the door saying that they are here to clean the room while I am in the room?
- I was not offered to park nor told that there is parking. If my company car was towed away the next day, it would’ve been terrible.
- Literally human hair all over the floor.
- I have not informed anything regarding restaurant or bar opening times or menus, zero information on checking in.
- As I mentioned that I have been working as a National BDM for almost 3 years now and I travel a lot, every other week. In wellington once a month and this stay ruined my Wellington experience.
