Red curry is my comfort good. I have it at least once at every Thai restaurant I frequent And although I’ve not found anything yet equal in taste heaven outside of Thailand, i usually have high expectations for dishes cooked by Thai expatriates because they love their food.
So that is why I’m hoping that the tasteless, orange, slog piled high with beansprouts but just a single lychee - and duck so ropey it just couldn’t be chewed- was an aberration. But I have a feeling that food this poor and a restaurant so empty does not happen by accident. It might just be a sign of the health of business. If it is get your act together Thai Thani, there are plenty that will come once you get the food right
