Bruce and Irene were recommended to us by relatives and they were right! The communication with me prior to the trip was timely and superb. Bruce made us feel like we had known him a long time and to say he is knowledgeable regarding the area is a vast understatement. It was obvious that those in charge at Te Puia
know and respect Bruce, so we were welcomed in a special way. Bruce knows how to get us the best timing with crowds and the best spots for those special photos!! The Rotarua area is so unique. Lots to see and do and Bruce led the way. We would recommend this tour to all. The surprise short stop at the kiwi farm on the way back was fun as well. Thanks Bruce and Irene for an Amazing Day.

Yes we have a special bond with the people there and this really enhances our experience with our visitors.

Bruce took us around on a great tour of Rotorua.we saw the geothermal geysers and hot mud flows. Bruce was both professional and personable. The highlight was the MAORI cultural center and show. Would highly recommend this tour
