Absolutely terrible. Lukewarm fried chicken that was as bad as kfc on a bad day (except 4 x as expensive), barely warm limp chips and literally stone cold gravy. Got misled by a few good reviews of what I now see are the previous owners. After reading more recent reviews I am actually now worried about getting sick from the chicken. I'm reluctant to dump on hospitality-type businesses during such a tough time, but this was just so bad I thought it warranted a psa.

Paulys WAS amazing. It changed hands, and unfortunately the new owners don't put any love into their food - and it shows in the below average, over cooked burgers. I miss the great food and awesome service. RIP Paulys.

hi i got a chill cheese burger and my friend had a chicken burger. Both were cold and dry, overcooked beef patty and chicken was dry and had no taste plus food wasn't packed properly...!! The paper bag was so greasy i mean how could you pack food like this for a customer... !!

I walked in to order at around dinner time and even though there were few customers, they were really busy with the online orders. Had to wait for 30 mins which they told me beforehand and I was glad I waited cause the burger was literally the best I've ever eaten! The chilli cheeseburger was to die for, the beef patty was juicy and the bun was slightly fried if I'm not wrong. Was a little chilly that night so the burger really hit the spot.

Good place food was so good had the fried chicken and chicken burger it was really good. Had some chips and Kumara chips too 👌🏽
